Both DUI and Dive Rite are excellent manufacturers. Nope, I can't recommend a a particular suit. No one can for fit, except you. All I can do is point out some things to ponder.
Chrushed Neo is great for colder water and you don't want to spend the bucks for special under garments. It's also bulky though and much heavier than a tri lam. Tri lams are less bulky, lighter, a little more freedom of movement, but cold suits. Seal type may be an issue. Are you allergic to latex? Best seal but no good if you're allergic to it. They're delicate as well as bit more expensive. Neo seals are more durable, but often don't seal as well as the latex.
Valve placement can be an issue. Take your BC to the shop when you try a suit out. That inflater (preferably a swivel one) needs to be clear of any chest straps or buckles. Low profile for both inflater and dump are a bonus. Also don't forget you'll be adding a whip to your 1st stage. Better have a low pressure port available for it and make sure the whip is compatible with the suit's valve connector if it doesn't come with the suit at purchase. Also make sure the whip is the correct length for you.
If possible, invest in suspenders, if they're an option. Nice to have.
Front or rear entry will be a matter of personal choice and how much you trust the person zipping you up if rear entry.
